The Van Lee building

The Van Lee is a beautiful building with views of the river and ocean. This unit is on the 3rd floor, which is perfect for feeling like you are right on the beach (without hearing the conversations at the pool!)

The front lanai gets shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon. 

Walk into The Van Lee 306 and find a beautiful entryway table perfect for storing keys and other small items. One closet in this area is free for guest storage.

The first bedroom walking through the unit is the Coral Room. It is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, bathroom with shower, and a small couch that pulls out into a single bed. 

The Coral Room is slightly removed from the main part of the unit, leaving guests with plenty of privacy. A full closet and dresser are available for guests.
